I am trying to find cute deer fabric for a pillowcase I want to make for a little girl that is turning six. She LOVES deer, but the only fabric I can find is very manly or Bambi. Any ideas? All I need is one yard.
If you can find a deer you like you can create your own fabric at http://www.spoonflower.com/welcome I haven't tried it myself but I've seen some amazing projects from it.
Have you looked into the supplies section on Etsy. I have found some really cute fabric this way. Haven't gotten any deer fabric, but then I wasn't looking either!
So as a totally random option, you can also see if Old Navy still has any of their pajama pants left, if you only need a yard, because they had tons of deer prints. Good luck!
Below are a few of my most visited posts. I hope you enjoy looking around!
I try to host my parties for under $100. I want them to be festive and fun, but not break the bank! Most of my parties include free printables for your use. Please remember, they are for personal use only!

ReplyDeleteI never thought about that... great way to personalize it. I'll have to read up on their turnaround time because her party is in two weeks.

ReplyDeleteI know Anna Maria Horner's Good Folks line has some deer in it. And look up Japanese deer fabric on etsy- TOTALLY cute deer stuff.
ReplyDeleteYes! I second Etsy! Do a search for Japanese Deer Fabric or something. I found this one right away:
