10 Father's Day Card - A GIVEAWAY!

May 29, 2010

I already shared this a while ago, but it wasn't a post of it's on and this card was a hit so I am sharing again!

Yes, that is my FIL's face on Superdad!  It took him a moment to realize it (had to pull out his glasses you know!), but once he did, he busted out laughing.

I made one for my Father last year as well and it is still displayed in my parents house. ;)

So, do you want to win one so you can show your dad how Super he is?  Good, cause I'm giving one away!
There is some leg work though, so if you plan to enter you need to know the following:

I will need a pictures of you (and whomever else you want included on the front of the card).  You all need to be pointing or looking up like you see above.  Really we can fit as many people as you want.
I will also need a high-res image of your father.  It needs to be a nice clear shot of his face with him looking straight on.  Search through your pictures, your bound to have one or two, if not it wouldn't be too obvious to take a picture of him... I always place a kid with my Dad when I need a picture because then he can't complain! LOL.

The card will be printed on cardstock using a production quality Xerox machine and will come in a white envelope.

To enter to win:
MANDATORY: Leave me a comment telling me why your dad is super!
Optional: Fan seven thirty three on Facebook and leave me a comment telling me you have done so.
Follow seven thirty three

This giveaway will end on June 2 at 11:59 EST.  A winner will be picked randomly via random.org and I will announce the winner during the weekly What are little boys made of? Link Party.

If you don't want to wait to see if you win, you can purchase the card for $8.  Send me an email.

Good luck!

  2. I love this card! What a fun idea!
My Dad is super because he can fix anything. Seriously, ANYTHING. Growing up, if something broke, we automatically brought it to Dad. Walkman, backpack straps, desk chair, our cars...he can fix anything. And he's super because he's willing to take the time to do this for us, regardless of how long it takes.

  3. Well, I'm actually commenting on my father-in-law because he truly is Superdad to us! He watches the kids when we need him to, fixes anything we can't, and is our own personal mapquest if we get lost. He is a truck driver and knows California like no one else! He is awesome and how fun to give him a card like this!

  5. i can tell you why my pop pop was special...he would work the night shift in a gas refinery, then come home and take a short nap. then we would find the COOLEST parks (with grass! we lived in philly where the trees grew out of the sidewalk) for me to play at. he never complained that it was borning to watch or it was time to go. hed just let me play until i wanted to go home!

  6. My dad is super because he learned to cook!

Seriously, the family joke is that when we were kids Dad only made spaghetti and steak. I'm sure he only cooked pasta and things that could be grilled. Now that we're all grown up and not living at home, he learned how to cook and he's good at it!

Some of his bests are roasted eggplant and tomato salad, grilled beef roast (He served it for Christmas Dinner), stir fried veggies, and he bakes a mean marble cheesecake!
