2 HOW TO: Create a 3 Column Footer

While working on Not Just Paper and Glue's new site design, Tammy requested that I provide her blog with a three column footer for future use.  That got me thinking that others may be interested in doing this as well.  I was going to write one up but ran out of time so did a quick search and found this tutorial.
