  1. My husband made Irish Soda bread and took it into my son's class for St. Patrick's Day. He played the tin whistle, read a few Irish Folktales, and served hunks of Irish Soda Bread with Irish butter and jam. It is one of my son's fondest memories of 2nd grade. This recipe is so simple that it is perfect to involve the kiddos. Thanks for hosting!
