8 HOW TO: Encourage Commenting

I like Snap on Facebook and just had to click over to their post when I saw this in my feed:
"Five Ways to Encourage Commenting"
The SNAP girls have some really great tips and I love that they shared a link to a tutorial on how to add CommentLuv to a Blogger blog.  I'm not ready to take that plunge because I like getting my comments emailed to me and I haven't researched it enough to see if that would still be plausible... so if you do give this a try, let me know what you think!

  1. I added Comment Luv to my blog and I like it. I still get the comments emailed to me but now I have everyone's email addresses so that I can respond to them. :)

  2. Hmmm I'm interested in this... need to do some research. I'd love to increase comments on my blog. Sometimes I have 150ish hits on a post and only two comments. I try to comment on most posts I read. Thanks for sharing this!

  8. By participating and posting blog comments regularly, the readers of those blogs that you frequent would come to recognize you as a subject expert. Frequent appearances can do much good to your credibility. This also means that if you were to recommend a product on your website, they will be more ready to buy. Thanks a lot.
