When you link to another website and a user clicks that link it typically brings that person away from your blog and to the other page... and who knows if they will return! Unless you know html and know how to add the correct tag to the code, there isn't anything you can do about it... until recently! Have you noticed that Blogger added a new feature when you click that little link button?
To have a link open a new window so that a user does not leave your site, all you have to do is make sure that little "Open this link in a new window" is checked! No more loosing readers as they go off to explore your links!
Oh yay! I am so glad they added that! When I am on another blog I usually right click and then hit open in new tab if I dont want to leave the page Im on.. but it would be way more convenient if people just did this! LOL Thanks for the heads up!
Thank you for always sharing these little tips, tutorials, etc. with us. I appreciate them. I have lots of stuff on my blog now that I've always wanted from using your awesome tutorials!
Below are a few of my most visited posts. I hope you enjoy looking around!
I try to host my parties for under $100. I want them to be festive and fun, but not break the bank! Most of my parties include free printables for your use. Please remember, they are for personal use only!
