Annie's, a leading special-interest publisher in the craft and nostalgia markets, sent me a copy of their new crafting project book, Modern Mod Podge. It features projects starring our favorite crafting medium, Mod Podge. The pictures are beautiful and the projects are all fairly easy so any crafter should be able to tackle them.
I personally am in love with the Baked Ombre Stained Glass vases, which is the very first project featured in the book.
The book also features photo canvases, which is a project I have tackled several times.
These make PERFECT gifts and have so many possibilities. I like the distressed look of the canvases above.
The book includes a tools and supplies list that would be helpful for the beginner Mod Podger, and the detailed instructions are easy to follow. The list price for the book is $9.95 and is available in specialty stores. It is also sold through the Annie's catalog, which is accessible online at www.anniescatalog.com.
