When Printcopia contacted me about reviewing their canvas prints, it couldn't have come at a better time. My family draws names for Christmas and this year I drew my Grandparents. Shortly after, we went to their house for a visit and my Memere brought me into her newly remodeled bedroom to show me her "family gallery" wall, and as she was telling me about each picture she told me that the only thing she wished she had was a picture of all 32 of her grandchildren. Since 5 of us live out of state I knew that it wouldn't be possible to get a group shot so I decided to do the next best thing, I contacted everyone via Facebook and told them to send me a recent picture and then I put together a collage. Total there are 42 people in the collage which includes spouses.
That's were Printcopia comes in! I took the collage I created and uploaded it to Printcopia's super user-friendly site. The first step is to pick your canvas size and thickness. Next you actually upload your photo, either from your computer, Facebook or Instagram. And you don't have to worry about altering the size of the photo first because with Printcopia you have the ability to size it. Lastly you choose your border: Mirror Image, Image Wrap, Border color. This is important because not all canvas companies offer this option, and when working with my collage I could not have image wrap because of the layout, so I choose a light gray border color. There are some add-on options as well, such as display options, photo retouching and color effects.
I was really happy with the end result and feel 100% comfortable recommending Printcopia!
But you don't have to take my word for it -
you can enter to win an 11x14 canvas and see for yourself!
