My buddie (and Snap Roomie) Shannah from Just Us Four asked me to set-up a printable 5 Week Weight Challenge Tracker for her and of course I couldn’t say no!
If you are interested in loosing weight, but feel like you need a little motivation to do so, Shannah’s Challenge and my tracker may just be what you need! The whole idea is to create a challenge that is done with multiple other people who have put money into a pot to participate.
